Major Storage Tanks Rehabilitation Project – SUMED Facilities
FEPCO is executing a comprehensive rehabilitation and mechanical maintenance project for 3 massive Floating Roof Storage Tanks under main contractor EGC for the end client SUMED. The tanks feature a diameter of 80 meters and a height of 21 meters. The meticulous scope includes complete and partial floating roof replacement (single & double deck), full bottom plate replacement, top wind girder replacement, and complete overhauling of rainwater drainage, cooling, and foam ring piping systems.
Fadhili Gas Increment Project PKG4 – Saudi Arabia
FEPCO delivered its specialized technical expertise in collaboration with AIC Steel for the prestigious Fadhili Gas Project. The scope focused on advanced Dome Roof Air Raising operations for multiple API 650 tanks, including Condensate Storage Tanks, Potable Water Storage Tanks, and Sour Water Storage Tanks, strictly complying with Saudi Aramco's rigorous engineering and HSE regulations.

Natural Gas Network Supply & Installation – Birla Carbon Egypt
FEBCO successfully executed the full turnkey engineering expansions for the natural gas network at Birla Carbon Egypt’s plant. Under the direct supervision of GASCO, our scope covered detailed precision engineering design, specialized procurement of compliant materials, and field mechanical assembly. Structural integrity was verified via advanced pneumatic pressure testing using Nitrogen at 10.5 bar.
High-Pressure 10" Natural Gas Pipeline – Kom El Ahmar
Construction and installation of a strategic 10-inch high-pressure natural gas pipeline operating at 70 bar to support the Overseas Gas Station. Executed for Overseas Gas Company and the end client EGAS, using API 5L carbon steel piping. The project covered all precision welding, NDT, field coating, and final hydrostatic integrity testing.
Clean Out Doors Fabrication – CPPE Libya / Waha Oil
A specialized heavy mechanical manufacturing contract for CPPE Libya and end-user Waha Oil Company. The project involved the heavy fabrication of two (2) massive Clean Out Doors for crude storage tanks, utilizing 35 mm thick steel plates with dimensions of 4m width × 2m height. The project required rigorous Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), hardness tests, and QA/QC inspections.
West Cairo PRMS Station Installation & Commissioning
FEPCO successfully completed the mechanical erection, fixation, and full pre-commissioning of the West Cairo Pressure Reduction and Metering Station (PRMS) under main contractor I System Turkey for the end client GASCO. The network integrity was successfully validated through Nitrogen pressure testing up to 77 bar, followed by gas purging and line introducing.
Black Sand Factory PRMS – Mechanical Assembly & Testing
Executed for main contractor I System Turkey and end client TAQA Gas, FEPCO handled the comprehensive structural alignment and mechanical assembly of the PRMS station skids. Our specialized testing crews completed rigorous Nitrogen pressure testing at 77 bar, gas charging, and successful system startup assistance for the plant infrastructure.
Gheilion Factory PRMS Skid Assembly & Gas Feeding
Another successful collaboration with I System Turkey for TAQA Gas. FEPCO delivered full skid alignment, heavy placement, and mechanical installation works for the Gheilion Factory PRMS. The entire configuration was safely subjected to high-pressure Nitrogen tests at 77 bar and followed up with complete gas feeding support during commissioning.
Saint-Gobain Factory PRMS Station Erection & Startup
FEPCO executed the structural erection, tight fixation, and mechanical commissioning of the PRMS skid for the Saint-Gobain Factory network, serving end client TAQA Gas. The network integrity was successfully certified through strict high-velocity flushing, Nitrogen pressure testing at 77 bar, and final gas introducing activities.

Our deep historical expertise features massive completed projects including the 70m Diameter Fire Water Dome Tank air raising for IMCO in Iraq, the air raising of 4 Crude Floating Roof Tanks (110m Diameter, 1020 Tons each) for ARESCO in Suez, and an additional 4 identical Crude Tanks for PETROJET in Ras Ghareb, demonstrating our market-leading capabilities.
